Stepping Stones Living Facilities are owned and operated by Stepping Stones Community Services, LLC.

The overall goal of Stepping Stones Living Facilities is to maximize our residents’ cognitive, emotional, social and psychomotor skills to ensure they remain as independent as possible and maintain their highest possible level of functioning.

We accomplish this by encouraging attitudes of hopefulness, a structured, yet warm home environment, individual treatment plans with SMART realistic goals, opportunities for social interaction and community service, groups and supervised living.

Stepping Stones Living Facilities offers high levels of engagement and supervision to residents that require such care and this consists of Vocabulary Comprehension group, Music therapy, Art Therapy, Stages of Change, Morality Building group, Community Building group, Restorative Justice group and a wide range of Psycho-educational groups.  Stepping Stones Living Facilities have an emphasis on community integration for each resident. We encourage vocational opportunities through developmental training centers such as REACH, CDC, Day One Program, Supported Employment, religious activities, cultural events and social interaction through community events and activities.

Each resident will have a goal-oriented Individual Service Plan, which will be discussed and reviewed with case managers, guardians, families, and others involved in their lives during monthly team meetings.
